Rough diamond in the crowded open world space. Story and gorgeous Oregon setting are the definite highlights. Days Gone may not reach the status of a must-have exclusive, but it shouldn't be forgotten either. Play it, and hope for a PS5 sequel with more innovation and none of the technical compromises.
Days Gone can be sluggish on the base PS4 model. PS4 Pro and PS5 offer a significantly better experience.
